Postdoctoral Researcher at UMC Utrecht Maria Paula Vena joins the CHIRON team to investigate the different opportunities of biofabrication using this technology. She will focus on nano biomaterials and development of bioprocesses in collaboration with the other researchers from UMCUtrecht and Trinity College of Dublin.
Chiron begins
Chiron project officially started with the consortium team working on developing the bioprinter. Key milestone is the delivery of the full bioprinting platform to the University of Eindhoven and a special jetting equipment to Trinity College of Dublin, the aim of the first phase is to 3dprint different biomaterials and jet living cells.
